Lemon, parsley, and caper sauce

Balurkan Eggplant with some materials. Like olive oil mixed with lemon juice, parsley, Tatu, a little raisin sweetener, a dollop of red wine vinegar, salt spoon, 3/4 and a quarter scoop of pepper. All the spices are mixed so one and poured into the top of the eggplant. Yummy!
