Do today what others won't do so you can do tomorrow what others can't do! I start each day with some form of motivational material... reading the daily word, watching a video, or even more options... at around 3:00pm I exercise to get my heart rate up and blood flowing so I can finish my day strong. Meditation at night before bed helps wind you down. That is my daily plan in a rough form!
that’s a great daily plan man. i need to get better at my scheduling lol

Don't we all! It will help you maintain in the long run... keeps you focused, By no means am I where I want to be but, I am getting closer and closer everyday!
