So I took a course on time management today and here are my learnings

It mainly explored three concepts of time:-

Time is allocation

As we are human beings so we can't simply drop and delegate things according to some framework or we can't follow some ideal schedule.
Where you spend time matters but how much you spend matters more. Therefore time is allocation.

You have to find that customized schedule according to you,
So it starts by documenting time first, documenting every hour you are spending.

If you can measure it, you can manage it.

By observing this documentation over weeks you will find that apt allocation of time for you.

Time is Energy

When people say they don't have the time actually, they mean they don't have energy.

Four types of energy:-
Physical- whether you have proper sleep, whether you eat clean, whether you eat at the proper time.
Emotional:- whether you have self-control, confidence, emotional maturity.
Mental:- what you tell yourself, whether it's positive or negative talk.
Spiritual:- Integrity, honesty, commitment.

You have to optimize your energy for tasks according to your energy peaks.

So then you will allocate time to different tasks according to your energy levels.

Time is money
Here comes the concept of opportunity cost for your time.
Always spend time on increasing the worth of your time.
You are always paying for something with your time.
