Hey I made a second time lapse movie, this time more in a studio environment.

Set up of shooting for time lapse.

First of all, the time lapse

Here is the time lapse, it’s a melting ice cube (it’s rounded on top). The complete melting process did take around 70 minutes.

What did a make

So here’s some off the raw data points:

  • For 80 minutes taken every 6 seconds a shot.
  • Taken with a Canon 760D camera, controlled with a programmable remote control.
  • Deleted some a range of shot at the end because the cube malted faster then expected. (I did a test run without the camera)
  • Shutter speed 1/10, ISO 100, Aperture 5, focal length 55mm.

The mistake

I didn’t changed the lighting measurement from auto to fixt, I think that this lead to the changing off the background to the end of the movie. I don’t like it this way so I wil try this again.
