Time
Time and time again since the inception of time, time binds individuals to a fractional moment in time. Time is past, present and future and has become our single most important record keeper for humanity.
As we have developed over time so has technology of keeping time. A shadow from a stick, sand gracefully falling through a minute (heteronym) hole in blown glass, a tight spring releasing its energy through osculating metal levers, cleverly motioning gears to move indicators on dials, and eventually sending micro signals though silicone to keep us in the know of what time awareness is.
All evolution since the beginning of time to better understand time has brought our world inventive precise measurements of time itself.
The thought of being late disturbs most of us and the evolvement of time depicts past present and future and knows not of lateness, only presence. Being present requires no instrument of time, no precise time piece only awareness of now.
Time does not run out, the life of presence fails to keep up and shifts to a timeline of past. Presence is the only time for humans to nurture. All else is history or hope.
Be present, time cares only what is now.
