Oh. My. God. This is revelatory information for me.
I had my appendix out like 10 years ago, and have noticed increasingly sever health problems ever since. Incredible. I'm so energized and angered by this information. I WANT MY BACTERIA BACK, DAMMIT. Time to find a fecal transplant...
Haha, yea I am not sure what the solution is because when the appendix gets inflamed like that if they don't remove it, often it ruptures which can be life threatening... so I am not sure what you do to keep it? Hopefully modern medicine can find a way very soon now that they know it plays a significant role! Hopefully they can find some way to help you!
