It looks like #Tibanne Co. and #Coinlab Inc. (@vessenes) #mtgox claims got rejected (excepting 479,112.- JPY going to Coinlab) the first time round and both have filed petitions to try and get their claim paid in full. I wish they both retracted their claims.
