You are on the right track man. Great advice for people to step back and take a break and cleanse ourselves. I am fortunate to live in a fairly natural place (Colorado) and have access to the outdoors on a daily basis.
There's a lot of messed up stuff in the world but we don't have to become attached to it. It's good to point these things out but also be careful not to fall down the negative rabbit hole. As you said, there is so much beauty in the world as well. Enjoy your summer!

That picture in the background of your video is hilarious looking but sad/scary in its truth. Yeah kids hanging out with their friends but staying plugged into their phones is messed up. I think they're losing the value of human face to face connection. We need a lot more balance in this world - to say the least.
