A constant negotiation is required but it continually stalls at key points of contention where personal agenda and ego overrides solution.

At some point, one has to compromise in order to move forward. This will definitely happen A lot of egos will be deflected as time goes on. If things continue to slide down, I mean price, much of the noise will disappear, leaving those we care about this platform to do something.
