Something About Thought Control

Life is precious gift of God. the course of life depends upon the quality and quantity of thoughts coming to the mind because mind is a bundle of varieties of thoughts. Predominantly all thoughts can be classifies as positive and negative. It is the positivity or negativity of the thoughts which makes life enjoyable or otherwise.

" If we want to win a battle, first we need to win in our mind because all you can do its starts from the thoughts of our mind ". Our future depends upon what we think today.
Human mind restless and wandering most often. Thoughts comes and go on its own. it is natural that negative thought come to mind first. It is our general tendency to first think the negative side of any situation.
It is observed that on an average 60000 thoughts come to an adult human mind in a day. Surprisingly more than 95% of these thoughts are useless, repetitive and negative ones. Most of the time either we dwell on the past or we worry for the future. Seldom we live in the present. Nothing free in this world. Every thought consume some time and some energy. Now we can imagine how much time and energy is lost in wasteful thoughts in a day.
Hence, utmost important to have control both on the the quantity and quality of every thought. Though it is difficult, it is possible to keep the thoughts in mind under control. The power of positive thinking is immense and experienced in one or the other day. It should be our constant endeavor to make positive thinking the way of living.

  • Never criticize, condemn and complain.

  • Keep your thoughts positive and surround yourself with positive people.
