Hi to the people that actually like their office job.

I find that it's often perceived an office job is the millennial's nightmare (yes...I am a millennial). Especially with today's heavy influence of social media and the money that can be generated from it, many people find that the ultimate dream is to film content, edit and post it on YouTube..or wherever.. with the hopes of generating a massive audience and making thousands (even millions for some).

I mean, who wouldn't want to be their own boss, create content that excites them, provide valuable information for people and exercise creative ideas? And although there are many jobs out there that allows all this...how come the office jobs are always duped as unrewarding, boring, depressing while making meh-income?

You know what? I like my office job. You get to problem solve, teach yourself how not to be an asshole when you're stressed, your co-workers are like family and creativity is a factor. It feels rewarding. So to all those reading, who has a job that you may be feeling like isn't truly making a difference in society via social media ...well you probably are. There are so many services out there that wouldn't exist without the "behind the scenes" people. So it's okay being okay with 8 to 5, and commutes and long days with overtime if you're truly happy. I don't feel any less and neither should you.

Oh ps. I have close family who create income through social media. I'm not dragging it through the dirt - it's truly hard work as well.
