About our dog
Our dog has been diligently guarding our house ever since he learned how to bark. Seriously, I really have nothing to say about the dedication of a dog by taking the responsibility to serve as our best friend and best guard dog. Our dog is not a fighting person, he will make sure to be defensive when the situation calls upon it. He is also not a big dog breed so he will face any dog that is bigger than him just to guard his territory.
He is more active at night when he knows we are already sleeping. Can't say when he became like this but he himself took the initiative to be responsible for our safety. That's where I am amazed by dogs because they have the instinct to secure and make sure that their territory and their hoomans are safe no matter what. Maybe that was the result of their evolution being on the side of humans.
During day time he often just fell asleep and rested. Of course, we understand this because he was busy at night guarding our house. He only wakes up when it's time to eat. That's why we give him enough food and he likes it. Fortunately, our dog is not picky when it comes to food, he appreciates every food we give him. Of course, meat and bones are his favorite, that's why he enjoys his food when we give him this type.
Hopefully, our dog will live a long life so we can give him more time so that he can feel the joy of life with us.
