Aways end the day with a positive thought not Negative thought. No matter how hard things were, Tomorrow is a fresh opportunity to make it Better.
Never lose yourself while trying to hold on to someone who doesn't care about losing you. Think about how you will make it in life without depending on any body or a helping hand . Because those who move forward with a happy spirit will find out, that things always work out for them. Negative thoughts will destroy you.

It has done no one any good. Iv been a victim and I can share first hand the effect of negative thinking. I'll recommend power of positive thinking by Norman Vincent Peale. Am reading it my self at the moment. Awesomely written book on the same subject.
