THE SHOPPING GAME : 28/07/2020 : 'Green Shopping' @ Masdar City Mall
Today I visited my favourite nearby mall to buy a few supplies for the house. The mall - City Centre Masdar Mall - is located in the ultra eco-friendly Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.
City Centre Masdar Mall is my mall of choice for the reasons below:

I bought from Carrefour Hypermarket. The following are the items I purchased:
- 5kg Basmati Rice - cost AED 29.75 (USD 8.10 )
- 2 x 500g Semolina - cost AED 4.15 (USD 1.13) each
- 2 Litre Olive Oil - cost AED 25.75 (USD 7.01)
- 500g Kelloggs Corn Flakes - cost AED 12.90 (USD 3.51)
- 4 x 1 Litre Long Life Milk carton - cost AED 11.00 (USD 2.99)
- Crate of 30 Eggs - cost AED 15.80 (USD 4.30)
- Toilet Roll pack of 10 - cost AED 15.50 (USD 4.22)
- 1.5kg Detergent/Washing Powder - cost AED 18.00 (USD 4.90)
TOTAL: AED 130.47 (USD 35.52)

Most of the products in Abu Dhabi and Oman are the same rate, there is not much difference between the two countries. Being close to the country, that's why rate is same.
The price of the milk carton you took and the packet of detergent you mentioned in your post this Prouduct is the same price in Oman.
It was a beautiful and tidy shopping for you. Although the whole market seems to be empty, maybe because of the
corona virus.
