Blended families and our struggles part 3

So another day has passed and it seems as if there is much improvement.
Things are still a bit tender as its not only the family situation but also the stress of trying to find permanent employment and earning a livable salary.

My wife works very hard and both the remaining kids at home also work. But being the breadwinner who cannot support like he used to I feel quite down these days. Why does everything take so long to work out?
