Yes! If you are reading this, you are probably a target of The Hive. I can hear the minds thinking over as I chuckle to myself,

You get the idea. Being a target is not always a bad thing. If you are reading this post. Being a target is a good thing. So turn that frown upside down and smile a while.

I can see us making progress I can see our main starting members are still here too, Several new members have joined the community too and are taking part in our promotions. Just like with all these air-drops from all the new token and coins out there, people are grabbing as many of each coin as they can to hide away in case the coin or token works out well. Get some of them all and if one works out well, I am good.

That's how I see things in the Crypto market. We are no different at The Hive to any other community, we want the best for our members. This is what makes you a target. We want to say Thank You! by using a reward scheme, basically like your supermarket token. Spend a dollar earn a market point that can be redeemed in various ways.

What I have in mind is a token merely as a measure to begin. We will need to find someone willing to write a bot code for us to follow some voting according to the names input. This will provide us with an ability to keep track of a token allocation without the need to have the token on a platform which may hold some costs.

How much value to place to each token, I would like a deeper discussion on. There is also the amount of each allocation of a token. I would start this by finding a common agreement on how much a token value should have. 0.01 0.1 or 1.0. This is a token value and not subject to the fluctuations of the Crypto markets. We will use it as a measure to keep track of a members interactions. Earning reward tokens for the votes shared. The accumulation of these tokens can then be related to a dividend for profit sharing in physical world projects.

The possibility of exchanging these token for other options than dividend shares can also be looked at too.

As we find ways to give back or pay it forward with our members we will incorporate these benefits.

The *Hive Tokens after an established value can be given to one. We will look at how many are given for various things. One of these things I would like to discuss would be a reward for those who helped get the community going with delegations. This can be worked out from a % of the dividend share, (anything like this would be adjustable to the profit margins, with cap limits in place). Or a specific set amount of shares can be allocated per unit of delegation or contribution.

This project is not about anyone getting rich. It is about more gaining opportunity. Having more choices available that you can actually make use of. That are not just there at face value and something you cannot afford.

Each vote shared with the community, can also earn these tokens for members. Accumulated vote values can be recorded and tokens issued according to that value. each token in turn can represent a Share or % of a share dividend. Ultimately, letting your vote be an investment in a future, not just a reward for now. Making your vote count for more than profits. The more we can give away free, the stronger we become.

For my personal goals with the community. Simple, grow it as big and wide as possible. Keep it open to every other community to gain from our resources and ability to assist. Grow extensions of our project to all areas of life's financial costs and reduce them wherever possible.

For my personal goals of rewards. I would like to establish a position where I gained a weekly wage or slightly less. Maybe, with the possibility of the expenses of a computer and other essentials like my connections to the net covered. Opportunities for a bonus just like all members will be there for me too. The wage would be to just keep doing what I am doing now. When we do reach a stage of international standards where a presence might be needed to represent or something these costs could be covered by the community, to avoid personal expense. Saying that, I would like for another to be the face of the community should one be needed.

We have taken our first steps now in growing. I am ambitious about the growing getting a bit easier each time with tick up a notch.
