UPDATE: 5 a.m. deer-in-headlights...Better to spend $800 on a move, than try to replace solid-wood sturdy furniture with the same amount. If you're lucky $800 will buy a recliner at 50% off value.

So, it becomes a case of $800 for a move, or lots more to replace with new furnishings. JMHO.
