The Forest is preparing for official release 4 years after a period of early access

Do you remember the game The Forest? In 2015. Kaldata gave her a short article at the time the title was still wandering through Steam Early Access. But thanks to the fans, the studio finally decided to get The Forest out of the four-year early access window and this April will end with a huge update.
The concept of the Endnight Games studio is relatively simple: you and your child travel on an airplane crashing (unexpectedly) into a grim forest. Once a mysterious figure kidnaps your child, you suddenly find yourself alone in this erratic environment. How long would you last, looking for shelter and weapons to defend?

In fact, The Forest is defined not as a survival horror, but as a survival game. It is true that it is also influenced by the inspiration of Lewkraft's literature when you realize that there are mutant cannibal tribes among the trees, and crazy monsters are waiting for you in the caves instead of shelter. While playing, you'll have the chance to uncover new stories containing the mystery of the forest, but be careful - the more curious you become, the more aggressive the locals become and, potentially, actively attack your base at night.

The Forest is still available in early access only for Windows computers using Steam for just $ 15. After April, the game's price will rise to $ 20
