The Diary Game: 3rd September, 2020: A Good Day

Dear diary, I had a relaxing night that when I heard my Alarm ring I wasn't ready to get up. The alarm rang by 5:30am but couldn't get up till it was 5:50am and I am to be in church by 6am.

Recalling the church program and today being the 3rd and last day, I don't intend to miss it. I stood up, woke my sister, we prayed and I dressed up and left for church.

Inside Church

My Church

I arrived late because I didn't wake up early. When I got to church, they were in the first prayer segment. It wasn't long before they rounded up the prayer and handed over to the guest speaker who is also a priest of the Anglican Church.

He started with a worship song before giving the sermon which is titled Establish your Destiny With Prophecy with the text taken from Ezekiel 37:4-10 Which says

37:4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
37:5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
37:6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
37:7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.
37:8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.
37:9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
37:10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

The message made us to understand the power of prophesy, that we should prophesy into our lives and every situation we come across that it will work to our good and we should always include our God in everything we do.

The service was an hour service, after the program, I came home, fed our birds, and also dropped water for them. After which I bath my niece, dressed her and fed her.

Beef
I took her to school, after dropping her off, I went down to the junction to buy beef, fresh pepper and tomatoes. I bought beef but the lady selling tomatoes and pepper wasn't around, they said she went to church that I should come back later in the day.

When I got home, I had pap and fried plantain for breakfast. When I was done eating, I surfed the net a little before opening binance.

Binance have not been friendly to me this period. I studied the market a while before leaving. At noon, on my way to get my niece from school, I stopped by to buy the fresh pepper and tomatoes. I got her and headed home.

We had yam and stew for lunch, as normal, she left to my neighbors house to play with their children. After eating, I had to prepare dinner on time but I was distracted watching a movie in Africa Movie Epic.

The annoying part of the movie was that the audio in most of the scene were not put on, I wondered if the movie was not preview before it's release and funny enough, I found myself sitter watching it.

Cooked Rice

Stew
I later started cooking by 5:30pm, and rounded up by 7pm. I prepared rice and stew for dinner, when I was done, I went and fed our birds. Came upstairs, had my bath and ate before devotion. After devotion, we went to bed.
