The Diary Game: 19th September, 2020: Busy Day For Me

Dear diary, today was quite a busy day for me and also an interesting one at that. I got to work by some minutes past 8am, getting to work, I met my colleagues who slept over that worked at night. They had a cake that should be delivered today. They really did some wonders with the design of the cake because it looks beautiful.

After admiring that cake, I was asked to mixed 500g of batter while my other colleague was to mix 1kg for vanilla, strawberry and chocolate cake. After mixing and adding all the necessary ingredients to the mixture, it was divided into different pans and taken to the preheated oven. After 45minutes, it was ready and taken out of the oven. While we were working on that cake, my boss concluded the design for this cake.

After baking, we received an order to deliver bons in the next 1hour 30minutes. Everyone got busy to meet up with time, we mixed the flour, sugar, butter and baking powder and water before frying. It didn't really take much time, we finished and packaged it for delivery. After frying I rested a little because am to join my boss and two of my other colleagues to the market due to the catering services we have for tomorrow. So we have an early morning meal to prepare.

While resting, we were also waiting for my boss to return from a meeting before we leave for the market. But we got a call from her saying that we should come meet her at the place of her meeting then we leave from there to the market. We arrived later at the market, bought assorted meat, we call it assorted meat because its mixed with different parts of cow meat. After getting the meat, we went in to buy some other stuff like moi moi wraps for moi moi, pepper and tomatoes for jollof rice and sauce, yam for porridge, rice, beef, beans and some other ingredients. For walked for quite a while buying and putting everything together, after buying, on our way home we stopped to buy chicken.

On getting back to the office, I was feeling tired hungry and stressed. I was about going home when I noticed the weather was cloudy about to rain, so I ate Noddles in the office before going home to bath and have a Change of clothes and then return back to the office.
