The Diary Game [21:12:2024] A busy day at work.

My alarm woke me on Saturday by 5am, the first thing I did after waking up was morning devotion. I thanked God with my family for seeing us through the night and we committed the day for Him to take charge. After which I cleaned the house and brushed my teeth then took my shower.

End of the year and Christmas season is always hectic for some business owners, especially those in printing field like myself. A lot of people like to fix their occasions by December as they don't want to extend it to new year.

I have been on steady graphic design and printing lately, and it has been so stressful to me, to boost my system and regain the lost energy I decided to be eating more of fruits than before.

After taking my bath, I went to the fruits market and bought some fruits which I ate as breakfast before I left for work.

I arrived my office by 8am, we didn't waste time at all. After cleaning the office, we continued with the design and printing work that remained as we had a lot of jobs to deliver. While I concentrated on flex banners printing, I also supervised my workers to be sure everyone was busy with their respective jobs.

A few days ago, my good friend and a committed steemian, @uyaiuyo had given me a job to design and print different kinds of cartoons in a sticker paper where she will be pasting on her children's room wall. You can tell how children loves cartoons. Her children don't joke with cartoons and @uyaiuyo had been promising them of printing cartoons for them. The children have been on constant reminder, these children can worry for Africa, smiles.

It was around 2pm that my phone rang, behold @uyaiuyo was on the line. She said that her children doesn't allow her to rest, that they needed those cartoons to be pasted on their room. That I should help her design and print for her immediately.

With her seriousness and explanation, I had to suspend every other jobs and concentrate on cartoons design.

It took me 2 hours and 30 minutes to finish the design. Quality and timely delivery is always my watchword. By 4:30pm, I was done with the printing.

When I called her on phone and told her that the job was ready, she was so happy. She said she was in her shop helping her children on holidays home work. I told her not to worry that I will deliver the job to her. I delivered the job to her by 5:50pm and took some pictures with her and her children.

I spent some time gisted with @uyaiuyo on our progress in steemit before I left her. By then, it was already late and I was tired. I couldn't go back to my office, so I entered Premium Lunch & Bar and calmed myself with some bottles of chill liquor and roasted chicken before I went back home and freshened up, ate my dinner and retired for the day.
