My Diary Game | (24-02-2021) | Amelie Sophia - Her TEA World

Hello, dear Steemit community!

Tenia muchísimo tiempo sin escribir por acá, sin embargo hoy decidí hacerlo nuevamente.

I haven't written here for a long time, but today I decided to do it again.

Como algunos ya saben, soy Elizabeth Pacheco, Venezolana de corazon, migrante, radicada en Ecuador, casada, tengo 3 niños, de los cuales mi segunda hija es Autista.

As some of you already know, I am Elizabeth Pacheco, Venezuelan at heart, migrant, living in Ecuador, married, I have 3 children, of which my second daughter is autistic.

En diciembre del 2020, justo para navidad, nos dieron el diagnóstico que ya sospechabamos pero que ningún padre desea recibir. Como siempre digo: Niños especiales, tienen padres especiales.

In December 2020, just in time for Christmas, we were given the diagnosis that we already suspected but that no parent wants to receive. As I always say: Special children have special parents.

En este diario, quiero hablarles de mi pequeña Amelie de 5 años, dejando así archivada su vida en este blog y lo que hicimos hoy día.

In this diary, I want to tell you about my little Amelie, 5 years old, thus archiving her life in this blog and what we did today.

Desde que nos dieron su diagnóstico, ella ha estado en terapias, ocupacional y de lenguaje.

Since her diagnosis, she has been in therapy, occupational and speech therapy.

Hoy, asistimos como todas las mañanas, su hermana Ammy de 7 años se quedó en casa cuidando al pequeño Joaquín de 7 meses, mientras mamá lleva a Amelie a su terapia.

Today, we attended as we do every morning, her 7 year old sister Ammy stayed at home taking care of little Joaquin, 7 months old, while mom took Amelie to her therapy.

Amelie en la sala de espera aguarda con calma pero con curiosidad, hasta que la llamen, lo cual anuncia que es su turno de ingresar.

Amelie in the waiting room waits calmly but curiously, until her name is called, which announces that it is her turn to enter.

Poco a poco se ha ido adaptando, al inicio lloraba, pero ahora ama ir al hospital. Su terapia favorita es la ocupacional.

Hoy Amelie jugó con las plastilinas e hizo completa su actividad.

Little by little she has been adapting, at the beginning she cried, but now she loves going to the hospital. Her favorite therapy is occupational therapy.

Today Amelie played with the play dough and completed her activity.

Verla avanzar me hace feliz. Amelie no habla, pero lo mas importante es que pueda hacernos entender lo que desea.

Nos leemos pronto, es más de éste mi diario.

Seeing her move forward makes me happy. Amelie doesn't speak, but the most important thing is that she can make us understand what she wants.
