The Diary Game: August 5, 2020: They Took Away 4.2 Kilos Of Fluids From My Body At The Dialysis Today

I arrived to my dialysis center a bit heavy which is why I feel really bloated so I told my nurse to take out 4.2 Kilos of fluids which actually should be .2 kilos more but I thought that I might overshoot and have my blood pressure crash down again thereby causing a disrupted dialysis session. I am worried that I might not complete my session so I had told my nurse to take off 4.2 Kilos instead of 4.4 Kg of fluids.
Actually I am testing the nurse if she would agree to take off 4.2 Kg, it is because they had set a limit for me to be only removed with 4 Kilos of fluids maximum.
So now that I knew that I can request to be removed with more than four Kilos of fluids I will do that next time that I am really heavy with extra water from my body so that I will not to worry about a lesser fluid allowance after my dialysis.

Fluid removal during dialysis is as important for me as the cleaning action of the dialysis itself. It is because I only have a little room in my body to store extra fluids, so if it so happens that I have a backlog after backlog of extra fluids not being removed I will feel bloated, unable to breathe, and unable to eat.
It was different before, when I still have a normal body I can load up to seven Kilos and even though. It was not an issue back then but the toxins because I was having a bad dialysis sessions most of my dialysis life until my backbone got crooked and squeezed my internal organs particularly my lungs which is why with every drop of added fluid in my body adds to the breathing difficulty.
Now I have a bit more idea on how much fluids to get taken off from my body because today I went home with a blood pressure higher than when I arrived. It could well be a result of my Caffeine or that my nurses had set another thing about my dialysis process. But I will have to adjust accordingly until I get the best dry weight (the weight of the body with no excess water) for myself.
I am amazed the medical people allowed you to state the weight you wanted remove, i suppose you know your body better than anyone..at least you know you can call the shots :/
Man you are in a tough position, on one hand keep your fluids up ...then...hang not too much!
Yes it was my nurses before were the ones deciding how much water they should take from me based on their charts @kiwi-crypto.
But that system left me unable to feel the best because after every session I would still feel bloated until one day I signed an agreement freeing them any responsibility if something happens to me if I would be the one how much fluids that would have to be removed from my body.
So after that I was able to target what "dry weight" I am comfortable with and now I feel much better after dialysis as a result.
