Hello everyone today i am Woke up at 5 AM after date I am going to walk with my friends end after running I am going the gym today I will do minute workout only cause my brother said only 240 minute workout for gaining

Today in gym a big Brother come with our a P after workout I will play with her and then I will buy a biscuit for puppy and come back to home

After date I come back to the home end drink milk and eat some eggs for protein intake after that I rest sometime call rest is important after Jym

After that I am going to the pedal home the petrol is very costly it’s around $1.2 in my area I think add half India
