Leah was a different kind. I knew this but I couldn't tell what kind. She was not the kind I was used to but I couldn't tell the kind she was.

The first day I saw her, she walked passed me and her aura was inviting. I mean, you shouldn't go for a party that you aren't invited yea?

I stopped her and for a wink of time I lost contact with her eyes. She was supposed to be the shy one yea?

She said her name and I slowly moved my feet away... There was really nothing else to say. Or maybe the words didn't form.

It was three weeks later and she had been selected to join the team of youth working on a project. The first meeting we had, greeted us with surprise. I was the surprised one because I didn't see any fling of surprise in the way she looked in my direction. I, on the other hand, couldn't resist a stare. I looked at her even when she is looking at me.

She articulated her ideas and opinions with such grace and it endeared me to talk to her in a language I am yet to understand, Love.

Two months ago I wrote a book on a fictional character named JEMIMAH. She held the stories of the African girl child, all her woes and chaos... The pain of her yesteryear...

I wrote the story bearing in mind all that the African girl child suffers in the present day society. I have heard stories of girls and have been present in such times where they tail the stories. These stories would cause any man to break down. After writing the digital book, I out it out there for friends to contribute to and also to download.

I sent the book to her and she did read it. And for her, that when she began to find my heart and to know what kind of heart I possessed to write so vividly about the emotion of a girl and do it so "beautifully" in her words.

Soon enough, we started dating without knowing...

I realy do love her. She knows and I am excited at what the future holds for us.
