for those homeless people who are healthy skills are great - that being said U.S America is a third world country when it comes to the safety net and care of her people in general - fact in u.s America many of the homeless are like in other countries addicts - but there is also a huge percentage that have mental illnesses and U.S America does not take care of the people with mental health issues - there is no real care net and it shows - the healthcare system fails so many and there is also a percentage of people who became homeless because they could not pay their bills - not lazy people but people who worked 2-3 jobs low paying and just could not make ends meet - so yes skills are great but for this country to fix the problem as a whole need a living wage for all - and medicare for all - before i was sick i had a project called the mutant house project that was geared to provide a place to live and work from for people who were struggling and also those without a home - i agree we need more things like this but we also need to fix how this country is run
