1000 DAYS OF STEEM : Day 9 - The Shopping Game & Lucky 10s - doubling up for the rest of July

The Shopping Game is definitely becoming popular!

There are now over 120 people playing the game with about a third posting each day.

And the Lucky 10s too. Comments are on the up, with 74 people now having enjoyed over 200 10% upvotes from @steemcurator01.

So for the rest of July we have a little surprise...

The Shopping Game Doubling Up til July 31st

From now until July 31st we will be giving out upvotes to pay for people's shopping up to a combined value of $120 instead of the current $60.

We are likely to reward a number of people for smaller amounts up to the total $120, rather than two big votes to the maximum $60 value each.

The most important thing is to FOLLOW THE RULES AND GUIDELINES...

• The title of the post must include "THE SHOPPING GAME : Date (day/month/year) : any other title you want to add".

• The post must include #theshoppinggame as one of the first five tags.

• The post must include the names of the shops or markets where the shopping was done, including their location (town, city, country). Google Maps screenshots are great!

• Photos of the shops or markets where the shopping was done help a lot.

• The posts must include details of each item bought including product, brand, size or quantity and price. Photos will be even better.

• We know smaller shops and markets may not give receipts, so they are not required to enter the game. But if you can get receipts please include them in the post.

• At the end of the post include a summary showing the total cost of all the shopping in your local currency along with a conversion to STEEM or US dollars.

• Posts can be in any language.

• Any photos used must be your own or from copyright free sources.

• The Shopping Game does not cover online shopping.

If you follow these rules and guidelines you will have a high chance of winning an upvote to cover the cost of your shopping.

We are very thankful that so far the very large majority of posts appear to be genuine.

There have only been a very small number that we have been suspicious of.

If anyone, with local knowledge, finds any posts that they believe might be trying to cheat the game please comment politely on the posts, and in the comments below. You will be rewarded with upvotes if we agree and have not already spotted it.

Lucky 10s Doubling Up til July 31st

The Lucky 10s Game has been rewarding people making good, relevant comments with 10% votes from the 4M SP @steemcurator01 account.

Previously we had been giving ten Lucky 10 votes per day, but from now until July 31st we will now been giving up to 20 votes per day.

So get commenting on the Shopping Game posts - it's an easy way to earn good upvotes.
