Dear diary,
it is 6:00 am and I wonder why I got to wake up this early, after the journey of my life here I was on my bed up early,
said my morning prayers and I rushed to the kitchen to make breakfast.

nothing like home, this statement is understated, now I have a variety to chose from, I miss Ghana, by the way, my friends, the quiet environment covered with trees but I am glad I am home.

I decide to make my meal come with a touch of Ghanaian favorite 'shitto', I was taught by a caterer close to where I stayed in ghana, it is simple to make though.
ingredient: fresh pepper, spices, salt, Maggi, onion.

first off I steamed the pepper to dry off the water for about 3 minutes, then I added my spices which comprises of chicken flavor, ginger and gallic, afterward, I added some blended onion to it, I waited for another 2 minutes then I added vegetable oil and finally, I allowed to cook to perfection.

in Ghana, they eat it with so many things, rice, yam, fries, and chicken, of a truth they eat it with almost everything but I opted to eat mine with fried plantain and freshly squeezed juice.

when it was all set.

the day was one to rest in given the travel stress and all.

later in the day, I stepped out for a walk around the park, on getting back I found a bicycle waiting for me as a present from my brother, I never saw this coming but I loved it, I can start working on my fitness again.
