My name is Luis Alfredo Acevedo, mechanical engineer and adventurer; 4 years ago, I got the opportunity to be established in China – Hefei, as operational manager, my curiosity and inspiration about The Factory of the World encouraged me to teach myself about business, Chinese culture and Chinese ways of thinking. Today I have learned a lot from my experience, mistakes and adventures.
I am developing career in the automotive industry into the supply chain functions, reaching client´s standard needs focused in product final uses, centered in the main principles of price, quality and service; stablishing agreements (Sales, KD and After-Sales) between the client and the supplier, tracking purchases orders and auditing manufacturing process, packing process and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI); I also analyze the efficient of loading conditions into containers and reporting all quality issues (missing parts, damage parts, wrong parts) when goods arrive to final destination.

China has 33 division and 22 provinces (not including Taiwan / Source:en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provinces_of_China), each province is unique for key products such as: machinery manufacturing, automobiles, motor and bicycles, electronics, textile, etc.… Its takes time and effort to get used about the behavior of The Factory of the World; Since Mr. Deng Xiaoping (邓小平) opened the doors of China for the international market, Chinese people have been improving its performance and efficiency by developing their skills very fast about their products, improving the quality and the service in a direct proportion with prices. All these new changes have awaked The Tiger of Asia.

Nowadays, I want to start myself into teaching and helping others for reaching their goals, reaching their targets and reaching the best of China. I want to be the channel for understanding about China Myths and how really The Factory of The World works, which are the common challenges, shortcuts and also, I want to be the best adviser.
