Curation for Earth-Centered Content @the-hearth | Week 6
Welcome to this Sunday's Curation Digest @the-hearth!
As many of you know we, @mountainjewel, have been on vacation for the past 10 days so this digest will be a little lighter than past ones, but we still wanted to send some awesomeness into the ethers in hopes that someone somewhere will learn something new, be inspired or have a new thought!!!
Thank you so much for joining us today for our earth-centered curation! We so love being a part of this community on Steemit full of shining stars and so much goodness! As always, if you have a post you'd love to see mentioned @the-hearth, tag us! We focus on high quality earth-centered content with lots of great photos, good grammar and inspiring/educational/practical/etc content!
This Week @the-hearth!
First up is @mistermercury with a wonderful post, Steemit...Two Realities?
First off, this post is paying out today, so check out this post if you want to support him and give him an upvote! In this very thoughtful post, @mistermercury gives us an interesting peek into his process on Steemit, integrating it into his life and finding his tribe here. We really enjoyed reading it as he sheds light on what he's focusing on, the challenges of starting out on Steemit and more!
Next we have an incredibly informative post by @vanessahampton with Bio-remediation: Our Savior?.
This post is a great introduction to bio-remediation and methods for ways to clean up and restore devastation that has befallen this planet, mostly by humans. Please give it a read if you're new to this subject and to support this Steemian!
Next is @idylwild with an incredibly beautiful post with excellent and enchanting photos, Celebrating Spring with Mushrooms and Flowers!.
Join her as spring begins in her neck of the woods! Her photos will drop your jaw and bring you deeper in the stillness and beauty of the moment.
Then we have @sashagenji with an inspiring post, Meet @yvesoler and learn how PLANTS and TREES PLAY MUSIC and it profound effect on educating and healing people.
@sashagenji is one of our favorite writers here as she always comes from such a deep and heart-melting place. In this post, she describes her visit at Damanhur Community in Italy where they have figured out how to hear the music of the plants. Join her as she introducs @yvesoler, someone who lives there, and talks about this evolution in plant-human relations!
Next is @quochuy with A photo tour of my veggie garden.
He is doing an incredible job in his garden plot! There is incredible diversity and this post is an absolute gem as he walks you through all of the niches and details of his garden and process growing food. We loved to see all of the plants he has and his passion was palpable! You can count on him for awesomely informative gardening posts!
The next thought-provoking post is by @misterakpan , "Just When I Thought I Saved The World, I Realized There Was No Crisis" Saturday. A Wonderment Treat From Nature
In this ingenious post, @misterakpan walks us through making a little cage for baby chicks to protect them from hawks. His lesson he shares in the end is really enlightening! Give this thought-provoking post a glance ;)!
Finally we have @sagescrub with How To: Starting Fruit & Nut Trees from Seed in a Temperate Climate.
We love that he shared such a richly detailed and informative post on a basically free & easy way to start many different types of tree seeds! We love that he is educating and starting where he's at with his tree nursery. How inspiring @sagescrub. If you've ever felt intimidated in starting a tree from seed or wondered how to, check out his post!

Didn't know this was out there in Steemitland. I truly do appreciate it. My gratitude for the exposure. If I come across post's that I think you'd like I'll give you a shout...on discord most likely. Many blessings. Loved the singing trees, well.... loved them all!
Hey! I really appreciate your getting me featured. Are you aware of @Curie? Would you love to get involved? Let me know. I can get you in. Similar curation exercise, but it's financially incentivized.
EDIT: I just read down to see this is run by the adorable duo. Sure you know about Curie I've personally had your post curated by the guild.
