The Best Condo in Pattaya To Retire
hello Guys,
welcome to my channel.
today I did a stop at Supalai Mare in Thailand and asked to see a 45sqm condo.
I noticed there is no stove to cook and only small drawers.
There is 30 bahts per sqm to pay for charge (lift, maintenance, security, pool...)
you can rent and give condo to an agency, but I warn you, it s going to be hard to rent, so many empty available condo all around.
You can probably rent it for 10K to 12000 bahts a month (45sqm)
pool is small.
fitness is good
view is incredible and you will have fresh air (no need ac, 2 fan will be enough)
rooms are little bit too small , I would prefer 50sqm minimum.5 meters make a huge difference especially if 2 persons live inside.
there will be 10 wash machines (now 7)
buy a hanger at tesco and dry your clothes on terrasse (take maximum a day to dry)
no stove to cook but you can buy food at local market just in front and warm in micro wave but forget about pizza cooking and making your own bred
entry hall is nothing special
i dont know if has bar or restaurant on top, sky lounge(?)
parking for car is ok,
bikes and scooters regrettably are not well protected from sun and rain.
price is still little bit high, bargain time? I bet.
location is good, not far from shops, and you have baht bus 10 minutes walk to go to central Pattaya.
quality of construction seem good (it s the only building that respected ISO2000 during construction)
thanks for watching,
