Colourful Sticky Rice to accompany ripe mango, 180/365, ของหวานไทย, the OPED project.
This is Thai sticky rice which has been cooked with edible colours which were normally made from flowers, leaves and fruits or seeds. There are nine colours of sticky rice in banana leave tray. Six small portions of sticky rice are sold on a plate with ripe mango. This food stall also has a few Thai sweets such as banana in coconut milk, sweetened split monk-bean and sweetened black sticky rice. Be sure to do some strenuous exercises after consuming these Thai sweets!
Wishing you a very good week.
Cheers.

Aww... I love eating these. I'd add coconut milk, roasted peanuts and sesame. 😉
Haha! That's the way we would eat sticky rice too!
Hope you can find some over there!
Thank you very much for dropping by! The Feed page is hopeless!
That looks really good. I didn't know that you can eat monk beans also sweet. By the way I always wonder how people can read your writing with its neat and straight letters. For an European it is pure magic.
@kaminchan have a nice day!
Oh! Yes, sweetened monk beans is originally a Chinese recipe!
I hope that spring is coming to you soon!
We need some rain here as the heat is overbearing.
Have a good week!
Cheers.
Oh! No! You should not say that! You will have to cycle some more. You will mix sticky rice with...!? Your crazy menu!
Very interesting photos!
I see such a rice for the first time.
It's interesting to try - it should be delicious!
