การตกแต่งภายในร้าน

This is banchan. The amount and menu of banchan you’ll get varies depending on restaurant. Banchan isn’t meant to be an appetizer, though most people graze a little and save at least some of it to eat when the rice hits the table.

นี่คือเครื่องเคียงค่ะ จำนวนและเมนูจะแตกต่างกันไปในแต่ร้าน บางทีร้านเดียวกันแต่คนละวันกันเมนูก็ไม่เหมือนกันค่ะ เครื่องเคียงนี้ไม่ได้ถือเป็นอาหารเรียกน้ำย่อยเพราะส่วนมากจะกินนิดหน่อยในระหว่างรออาหารจานหลักมา แล้วเก็บส่วนที่เหลือกินพร้อมกับอาหารจานหลักค่ะ

• Tteok Mandu Guk ต๊อกมันดูกุก

“Tteok” means rice cake, "mandu" means dumpling and “guk” means soup.
Tteok Mandu Guk, a warming Korean soup with rice cakes and dumplings, has a little bit of everything - a lightly seasoned broth, chewy rice cakes, and filling dumplings. It is particularly popular during New Year celebrations. It is hard to find a restaurant that includes Tteok Mandu Guk in menu.

ต๊อกมันดูกุก เป็นซุปเกี๊ยวใส่แป้งต๊อก ( ต๊อก เป็นเค้กข้าวของคนเกาหลี ) ส่วนมากมักทานกันในช่วงวันปีใหม่เพื่อเฉลิมฉลอง แต่เป็นเมนูที่หาทานในร้านอาหารได้ยากมากค่ะ ส่วนมากคนเกาหลีทำทานกันเองในบ้าน

• Guksu ( Korean noodle soup ) กุกซู

Long thin somyeon noodles are served in a bowl of Korean soup stock. This soup stock can be made with beef briskets.

บะหมี่น้ำเกาหลี ใช้เส้นโซมยอน ( เส้นขนาดเล็กและยาว ) เสิร์ฟพร้อมน้ำซุปเนื้อ เครื่องที่ใส่ในบะหมี่ก็แตกต่างไปในแต่ละร้าน

• Dwaeji Galbi (Korean-Style Pork Ribs) ซี่โครงหมูย่าง

Galbi is usually served raw, then cooked on tabletop grills. The dish may be marinated in a sweet and savory sauce usually containing soy sauce, garlic, and sugar.

ร้านส่วนมากจะเสริฟแบบสดและให้ย่างเองบนเตา แต่ช่วงหลังๆมานี้จะต้องสั่ง 2 จานขึ้นไป จึงจะเปิดเตาได้ ถ้าสั่งแค่จานเดียว ทางร้านจะปรุงสุกมาให้เลยค่ะ

• Makgeolli มอกกอลลี

Makgeolli is a Korean alcoholic beverage. The milky, off-white and lightly sparkling rice wine has a slight viscosity that tastes slightly sweet, tangy, bitter, and astringent. It contains about four to six percent alcohol by volume. Due to the microorganisms present during fermentation, makgeolli is probiotic with high levels of lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus as well as vitamins, amino acids, and fiber. Containing 1.9 percent protein, over 10 amino acids, vitamin B, inositol and choline, makgeolli is reported to increase metabolism, relieve fatigue and improve the complexion.

มอกกอลลี หรือ ไวน์ข้าว มีสีขาวขุ่น มีแอลกอฮอล์ 4-6 % มีภาชนะเฉพาะสำหรับดื่ม ( ตามภาพ ) นิยมดื่มเพื่อช่วยระบบย่อยอาหาร เนื่องจากมีการค้นพบว่า มีสารอาหารที่มีประโยชน์ต่อร่างกายที่เป็นผลมาจากกระบวนการหมัก นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าช่วยเพิ่มเมาตาบอลิซึม ลดความอ่อนเพลีย และทำให้ผิวพรรณดีขึ้น
