Korean Food in Bangkok ตะลุยกินอาหารเกาหลีในกรุงเทพฯ #1 Doorae Korean Restaurant

Hello! I have posted about Okinawa a lot since I joined Steemit. Today I'll introduce my new topic -- Korean Food in Bangkok. Hope you like it!

สวัสดีค่ะ หลังจากที่โพสต์เกี่ยวกับโอกินาว่ามาหลายโพสต์แล้วตั้งแต่เริ่มสมัคร Steemit มา วันนี้ก็จะเปลี่ยนเขียนหัวข้อใหม่ เนื่องจากสัปดาห์ก่อน ได้ไปกินอาหารเกาหลีมาเลยอยากจะเอามาเขียนค่ะ

เนื่องจากหิวมากๆ เลยไม่ได้ถ่ายภาพหน้าร้านและคนในร้านตอนนั้นเยอะมากค่ะ เลยไม่สามารถถ่ายบรรยากาศในร้านมาได้ค่ะ

Today, I'll introduce "Doorae Korean Restaurant". This restaurant is located on the first floor at Sukhumvit Plaza, Soi Sukhumvit12 ( also know as Korean Town )

ร้านที่เราจะพูดถึงในวันนี้ก็คือร้าน ดูเร ค่ะ อยู่ที่ชั้น 1 ของอาคารสุขุมวิทพลาซ่า ซอยสุขุมวิท 12 หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ โคเรียนทาวน์

This is banchan. The amount and menu of banchan you’ll get varies depending on restaurant. Banchan isn’t meant to be an appetizer, though most people graze a little and save at least some of it to eat when the rice hits the table.

นี่คือเครื่องเคียงค่ะ จำนวนและเมนูจะแตกต่างกันไปในแต่ร้าน บางทีร้านเดียวกันแต่คนละวันกันเมนูก็ไม่เหมือนกันค่ะ เครื่องเคียงนี้ไม่ได้ถือเป็นอาหารเรียกน้ำย่อยเพราะส่วนมากจะกินนิดหน่อยในระหว่างรออาหารจานหลักมา แล้วเก็บส่วนที่เหลือกินพร้อมกับอาหารจานหลักค่ะ

• Ebiko Bibimbap ข้าวยำไข่กุ้ง

A bowl of rice striped with vegetables along with ebiko on top. Mix it and add chili paste as you want.

ข้าวยำที่มีผักและไข่กุ้งอยู่ด้านบน ก่อนกินต้องใส่ซอสพริก ( โคชูจัง) แล้วคลุกให้เข้ากัน

• Jajangmyeon จาจังเมียน ( หรืออ่านตามภาษาเกาหลีได้ว่า จาจังมยอน )

These are wheat-based noodles topped with black bean sauce, which you mix together yourself.

บะหมี่ซอสดำ ที่เห็นได้บ่อยๆในซีรี่ย์เกาหลี โทรสั่งแบบเดลิเวอร์รี่ได้เหมือนโทรสั่งพิซซ่าที่บ้านเรา

• Naengmyun ( บะหมี่เย็น )

The noodles come in an icy tangy beef and mustard-spiked broth, topped with thinly sliced cucumbers and egg.

บะหมี่ที่เหมาะกับหน้าร้อนเพราะใส่น้ำแข็งมาในน้ำซุปด้วย พร้อมด้วยเนื้อ แตงกวาหั่นสไลด์ และไข่ต้ม

Do you think we can eat all these menu?

My friend said that she is too hungry to stop eating all dishes.

This restaurant also has new branch on the second floor at Beehive Lifestyle Hall ( Mueang Thong Thani ).
