I don’t think people would have been so eager to buy millions of Teslas had these two things been properly disclosed.

I think Tesla sales will be negatively impacted if and when the market processes this information and understands that Tesla is, like Facebook and Google, a surveillance capitalist, a for-profit spy shop.
