You can become blind when you get too much sleep This has been said in a recent study. Such information came out in the study as a major cause of blindness in Britain.

Researchers say those who sleep more than 8 hours a day, with increasing age, their tendency to decrease their eyesight. Basically, the problem is more than 60 years of age.

Due to sleep more than the amount, symptoms can be seen in the eye or in the eyes. Dr. Nur Khurana, a doctor of Northern California's Retina Vitreous Associates, has studied about 1,000 people. He described the different eye-sight loss of different types of people based on the sleep-time period, as those who slept for more than 8 hours, the efficiency of their eyes decreased gradually.

After such research, doctors say that additional sleep may be the reason for your future blindness. Because of extra sleep, glaucoma is a disease of the eye. Failure to move properly in the form of an eye-ophthalmic fluid, pressure on the optic nerve causes the nerve fibers to die slowly and only then the glucose disease occurs.
