Sorry, but I don't think that a chart analysis will get you far with PAY. Everyone is just waiting for TenX to deliver. Especially utility for the token. But I guess we have to wait at least until mid of March.

PAY is dead in the water right now. No working cards, and Julian is running around promoting himself and giving evasive answers to key issues. Wavecrest really screwed them over!
Your totally right! But they will ship cards eventually. And I am convinced, taht as soon as they can give us a date for the new cards the announcement for the token utility is not far. But right now it makes no sense to give the token utility whn in the end you still can not use it.
i was a fan of TenX and other crypto cards until I realised that on top of $4 send/withdrawal fee, shops will still pay VISA fees. I think there are/will be better options such as bitshares whereby no (or at least very low) fees will exist.
That's why I was promoting MCO. They didn't have these Wavecrest issues and MCO is used in the platform and they are getting ready to launch their product.
Don't be ridiculous. Why would you prefer a company taht has never had a working product over a company that already had one? Up until now Monaco has been only blowing hot air. TenX at least only started to blow hot air in December.
TenX rushed and messed things up. I personally liked Julian a lot. But I've been more impressed with MCO: https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@vimukthi/monaco-review-fundamental-analysis-why-i-think-it-s-the-best-and-why-bankers-should-be-afraid

MCO has VISA Program Manager Approval Announced. They planed for the long term and they have a much better jurisdiction and targeted market.
