You realize that no one supports @haejin besides a handful of people, and only one of them has any Steem Power. He barely gets any comments on his posts, a total lack of engagement by the community. He is absolutely irrelevant, with just an outwards appearance of importance. Go ahead and look...30,000 followers but 5 genuine comments on each post tops?

Because he has approx $3 million dollars invested in Steem power, giving him a greater say in reward distribution that someone with $10 invested.
That's because 6 months of being casualties of a pointless war has driven people away from commenting.
