I’m Day 2 into it. Lots of people are saying it takes a little bit to start taking effect from what I’m reading. I have heartburn as well so hopefully I’ll see some results with that. Keep you posted!
It takes about 30 days before you really start noticing that you are feeling better according to my daughter and my husband. I haven't tired it myself, just know the results from both of them. Plus I have photos of my daughters intestines before and after pine nut oil and the difference is amazing. One of these days I will find the file as I finish unpacking and will do a post with what evidence I have on how it helped our daughter. The heartburn was helped nearly right away for my husband four or five days he noticed his heartburn was lessened
My husband recently in the last couple of months started using it for digestive help and happened to discover his heartburn went away.
