STEEM is having a hard time holding above the $0.14 level. It got as high as $0.144 but has moved below $0.14 level.

The MACD has crossed bullish and the RSI is holding.

The volume has dropped off and the 50 day continues to point down.

I put the odds at 60-40 that the next move will be lower.
