RECORD BREAKING: Roger Federer wins 20th Grand Slam

Roger Federer, 36, has won his 6th Australian Open today, making it in total 20 Grand Slams, a magic number that only he can enjoy as no male tennis player ever got there. Nadal has 16 Grand Slams and with his recent form he has a long way to go if he wants to catch up.

The game turned out to be a great day in the tennis world as the conditions were very good despite previous day when women’s final was played at exhaustion point.

Having started very poor, Roger Federer fought back and got in the game overturning the score and eventually ending the game in 3 hours and 5 minutes.

"It's a dream come true and the fairytale continues," said Federer in a BBC interview, who has won three of the last five majors despite him ageing.
