Tenis - Un poco de lo que viví

Como les conté en mi introduceyourself hace un tiempo atrás les hablaría sobre una de mis pasiones que es el tenis. En este post les contaré un poco sobre esta disciplina y lo que yo viví al practicarla durando varios años espero les sea de su agrado.
El tenis para las personas que no lo juegan o en su vida nunca han agarrado una raqueta es un deporte muy divertido donde puedes pasar un buen rato jugando pasándola la pelota de lado a lado o juegos divertidos que en mis pais se llaman 3 en 1, mafia, "culito". Si preguntas el por qué es porque los perdedores tiene que ponerse de espaldas y recibir un pelotazo del ganador en fin. Lo que les quiero contar es sobre lo difícil que es este deporte los que han jugado tenis de competencia o alto rendimiento te consume tanto físicamente como mentalmente por su gran exigencia ya que puedes estar hasta 4 horas metido en una cancha en un solo partido o puedes estar perdiendo y no tienes idea de que estrategia aplicar para ganar. El tenis es un deporte completo donde necesitas agilidad, resistencia, fuerza, velocidad y mucha inteligencia.
Gracias al tenis viaje a muchos estados de mi país y conocí a muchas personas. El tenis es un deporte que lo practicas y te gusta así lo dejes siempre vuelves a jugar. Aquí otra foto donde estoy sacando.
No es como lo ves en la televisión para las personas que nunca han visto un partido de tenis profesional en persona la pelota realmente ni se ve de lo duro que le pegan a la pelota que la personas no me creen cuando les digo eso pero es la verdad.
Yo jugué tenis de competencia 6 años de mi vida de los cuales entrenaba casi todos los días y al terminar hacíamos media hora de físico dependiendo del fuese si era día de resistencia trotábamos, si era de velocidad hacíamos piques (correr rápido) a cortas distancia y si era día de fuerza hacíamos flexiones, abdominales y con ligas hacíamos fuerza.
La verdad el tenis es un deporte que te hace reír como te hace llorar a veces era frustrante entrenar muy duro todos los días y al llegar el día de un partido perder por tu mente; muchas veces tenías que vencer primero a la persona frente al espejo para poder vencer a tu adversario como otros días estabas jugando un kilo como decia un entrenador en Caracas. También la resistencia e inteligencia mental son factores como lo acabo de decir muy decisivos en la cancha porque si entras a la cancha con pensamientos negativos predispuesto a que vas a perder así tu contrincante juegue menos que tú igual vas a perder.
Al final de todo de pasar todos esos momentos buenos como malos es un deporte que te deja mucha disciplina como en la mayoría de los deporte de alto rendimiento.
