REASONS WHY EVERYONE BEHAVES DIFFERENTLY
Human beings are divided into four on the basis of personalty, and this grouping is called "Temperament" (four temperaments. These four Temporaments are:

(1) SANGUINE
This people are extroverts and there strength are:

very social
embrace playing, talking etc
easily convince prospectives in marketing with there sugar coated lips, which mean they are good at advertisement
strong at work
easily welcome new friends and associate easily in new place
very fast in action
majority of them are actors/actresses, artises, comedians etc.
do not suffer in silence
risk takers

There weaknesses are:

procastinate
easily make and change decisions
indiscipline
may be dirty
cannot live in boring environment
sparky
carelessness

(2) CHOLERIC
They are also extroverts with the following strength

very dedicated in life, futuristic
very disciplined
good leaders
very fast in action
very hardworking
risk takers

Weaknesses are:

get very angry quickly, they are lions
people may fear them
they are bossy and claim to be always correct
not tolerant and give punishment for offences quickly

(3) MELANCHOLIC
They are introverts but can be louder when in the midst of close people. They are strong in:

planning, organising, arranging etc, they are perfectionists
hardly fail being good planners
slow to anger
majority of professors belong to this part
read all instructions before using any thing
due process only
indoor and good researcher

There weaknesses

slow in action
not very social
if they are into evil, they are also perfect and hard to be apprehended

(4) PHLEGMATIC
They are purely introverts with strength at:

satisfy everyone
very permissive
very cool as water
easy going
not angry until they are pushed to the wall

Weaknesses

could be too permissive and people take that advantage to cheat them
laziness
very slow in actions
they live there lifes to please people
fearful even in risk taking
not social and suffer in silence

NOTE THAT EVERYONE IS OF TWO TEMPERAMENTS
I, Judiclearity, is a Sanguine (52%) and Melancholic (48%) (i.e am SanMel). Some people may have there own mix as low as 90%: 10% or even lower. However the case may be, everyone is of two temperaments.
