Yes, of course I watched all of it, all 46 episodes over 2 weeks. It's all about the details, yes, as I keep mentioning. I do agree that season 4 wasn't quite as good as 2 or 3. I imagine Amazon gave them a bigger budget than Syfy, and it shows - but yeah, the New Terra bits drag on while the Crisjen/Earth and Bobbie/Mars story-lines definitely feel like side shows.
