Nice explanation. Video compression has a lot of dynamics, but I think this video did a good job of explaining programs like handbrake - which helps compress high-quality video. If you happen to edit with most NLE's (Adobe Premeire, Avid, FCP, etc) you can export compressed video to spec - which saves you that extra step of uploading into handbrake after you edit. Otherwise, handbrake is a godsend.

Thanks video compression is very complicated and there a lot to it. I wanted to keep it as simple and straight forward as possible for this video.
