This has already beeen implemented in alot of australian stores, when they rolled out the create your burger menu. in my opion its good if you want to make a customer burger using any ingredient they have to offer. they are never busy though everyone still prefers to line up and order at the cashier, bearing in ind the kiosks do not accept cash. if you want to pay by cash you take your reciept to the cashier anyway.
On a side note, since McCafe is such a success in Aus you can now order from an app before you get there which is pretty cool.
Every time I try to build my own burger on one of those things, it ends up costing me like $20, I gotta' stop going overboard with the flourishes
