Facebook's new feature to identify Fake ID

in #technology7 years ago (edited)
Facebook has brought a new feature to avoid unwanted friend requests and messages on Facebook. If the user has blocked someone and again the user is sending a friend request by creating a new account, this new feature of Facebook will prevent him from checking the user's account and identity.

Often user's are troubled by the messages from strangers. This new feature of Facebook is going prevent such misconduct. Now you can turn off the unwanted messages by tapping on the message. Once you close these messages, you will not receive notifications of such unwanted messages again. Moreover, such conversations will automatically move to filtered messages. Currently, this feature is active for one to one direct messages, but soon will be available for group messaging as well.

Fake accounts can be verified through this feature. These accounts will be blocked at the time of registration, said Facebook's "Global Head of Safety" - A. Davis.

Though it is us who needs to be responsible and cautious while using any social platforms these days.
