Interesting guide, but I wonder what is the total yield from a typical board? My understanding is that recyclers of e-waste have stopped bothering to reclaim metals off of the circuit boards they process, because the returns aren't worth the effort.
As I said in the final notes you shouldnt expect to get rich, but it helps pay for reagents in a home lab. If you also get known as the guy who accepts stuff you can get older boards for free. Learning how to manage your time and do bigger batches is the real key to success.
