China presented its new next-generation missile capable of reaching the United States or Europe

The Dongfeng-31 AG has greater mobility, range and precision than previous models, according to information from the Chinese regime. Experts highlighted that it can be moved or hidden in case of being detected.

The most advanced missile from the Chinese Armed Forces , with a range of 11,000 kilometers - capable of reaching European or American territory - was first shown to the public, the South China Morning Post reported Monday .

The Dongfeng-31 AG , improved version of the DF-31A, was presented in an exhibition at the Military Museum in Beijing to mark the 90th anniversary of the Chinese People 's Liberation Army, commemorated on 1 August.

Experts highlight the greater mobility and reach of the DF-31AG compared to its predecessor, with a shuttle transportable by off-road trucks with eight axles , as shown in the exhibition.

Experts consulted by the Hong Kong daily pointed out that the technology of these missiles is similar to those of intermediate range of Chinese artillery, such as the DF-26.

The missiles high mobility pose a strategic threat greater than those stored in silos and that can be hidden or moved if satellite detection.
