Mobile Phones "A Curse or Blessing"

Mobile Phones has been a kind of technology that has changed the shape of the world in how we communicate with one another.
It is one of the best thing that has happened to the modern world after internet.

But as like all good things there is always a downside to it.

So, sometimes i think that, is mobile phone a Blessing or a Curse in Disguise.

We all know and are aware of the benefit of having a mobile phone.
But how much time do we really spend to think the downside of having this technology available to us.

Benefits of a mobile phone are so commonly known to all and everyone is aware off, so i am not going to discuss about it,
but rather the downside what i have felt,

Which i am going to share with you all.

We use less time communicating the person next to us and get hooked up to our devices.

We use less brain power to memorize things and rely on mobile phone to do it.
Before mobile phone i still use to remember a lot of numbers, but now Digital Phonebook is here , one click and number and names appear...hell sometimes i forget persons name , and have to recognize them by photos :-)

Mobile phones have taken and eaten our self confidence
(Ex: I have personally seen people using calculator to calculate simple addition or subtraction ...because we dont trust our intelligence any more)

Mobile phones have taken away the urge to see loved ones after a long time, as if they are never away from you.
So seeing someone after a long time , is not the same as it use to be , Thank to our video option in mobile phones.

We are more concerned about taking selfies rather than enjoying the occasion.
We take photos in the most awkward places and positions possible

We are more excited to read and write sms rather than focusing on our families, or our neighbors or our relations

We are always connected and everyone expect us to be available 24 hours a day as the same way we expect others to be available

Mobile phones have made us liars
(Ex: We are expected to be in a certain place at a certain time, and the other person calls to inquire, Where are u....our answer...Just 5 min ...close by....almost there......stuck in traffic....But in reality We still havent left home by that time :-)

Mobile phones have put fear in our mind ,Like When we forget our mobile phones in our home we feel that thats the end of the world, and how fast we can recover this last piece of diamond of this world.

Phones have made us vulnerable to openness and nakedness and shameful situation due to the amount of personal information it hold, and once this info get into the wrong hand, many bad occurrence can happen to our life

This is my simple thought about mobile phone, i know that this is a necessity for us, so i believe we soould be more reasonable and responsible toward our and others life.
